Overview

This is a well-regarded firm of over 75 staff. You will manage your own caseload within an established team with access to a large will bank. You will work on a varied caseload, under supervision on complex matters, while being available to support junior colleagues. The team is well supported, and you will receive assistance for opening files and drafting documents. You will meet clients in the office and may visit them at home, and you should be a good communicator who can explain and give legal guidance clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload within the private client team.
• Deal with a varied caseload and assist on complex matters under supervision.
• Provide support to junior colleagues as needed.
• Take on work under instruction and assist with opening files and drafting documents.
• Meet clients in the office and visit clients at home as required, communicating legal guidance clearly.

Qualifications and Experience

• Private client work will include Wills, Trusts and Probate matters.
• 2 – 6 years PQE preferred; however, all applications will be considered.
• STEP membership encouraged as part of career growth.
