Job Overview

A highly regarded law firm in Dorking, Surrey, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its well-established and growing Private Client team. The firm provides high-quality, personalized legal services to a broad client base, including individuals, families, and high-net-worth clients across Surrey and the South East.

Responsibilities

• Handling a diverse caseload of private client matters, including Wills and estate planning, Probate and estate administration, Trusts and tax planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection applications.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' PQE in private client law.
• STEP qualification (or working towards) preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships.
• Proactive, organized, and team-oriented approach.
