Overview Private Client Solicitor - Remote (UK-based) - 3+ Years PQELocation: Remote (UK-based)Type of Role: Full-time or Part-timeSalary: £35,000 to £80,000 (commensurate with experience) The Role This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied and rewarding caseload, including the following services for clients in the private client field:
Probate and estate administration Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) Trusts and care of the elderly Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients Supporting the wider private client team with complex matters Ensuring high standards of service and client care Joining a collaborative team committed to delivering thoughtful, effective legal solutions
Candidate Requirements Ideal candidates will have:
A minimum of 3 years' PQE as a Solicitor or FCILEx Strong experience in Wills, LPAs, and estate administration Preferably some experience in trust work Excellent communication and client-handling skills A proactive, professional approach and ability to work independently
Working Arrangements
This role is offered on a remote basis for UK-based candidates. Full-time and part-time applications will be considered, with flexible working arrangements available.
