Maintain transparency in communication with clients, team members, and management.What we expect of you?Experience:5+ years of experience in process industries, preferably across different high-hazard industries.Technical Skills:Knowledge of process safety techniques and risk management tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.Apply process safety techniques and tools across technical assignments, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Experience and a willingness to develop further expertise in three or more of the following:Hazard study leadershipSIL determination using LOPAHuman factors analysisFire protection systemsProcess safety management with auditing experienceSafety reports for COMAH or offshore regulationsQualificationsMaster’s degree in chemical engineering or a related scientific discipline.A preference for Chartered membership in an appropriate institution, or actively working towards Chartership.Non-Technical SkillsDelivering Effective Solutions: Analyze complex information and use judgment to make well-informed, time-sensitive decisions to achieve project goals. Apply critical thinking to resolve challenges and develop pragmatic solutions, encouraging a culture of knowledge-sharing to drive continuous improvement across the team.
