Job Description:

As the Global Additives Procurement Senior Manager, you'll shape and drive the sourcing strategy for industrial additives across bp's global operations. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where strategic thinking meets real-world execution. You'll work at the intersection of innovation, supplier collaboration, and commercial excellence-navigating complex challenges, influencing senior stakeholders, and delivering value that powers Castrol's performance.

The role is a highly dynamic role with a mix of short-term deliverables and longer-term strategic intent. It is global in nature with many key markets and stakeholders out of region. Senior stakeholders need to be engaged e.g., VP of Marketing, VP of Supply Chain, Technology and Head of Countries.

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, Global Additives you will have the following areas of ownership:

Deep work experience in a relevant commercial discipline including experience of negotiating, stakeholder and supplier management, strong communications, diplomatic and managerial skills.
