We are now recruiting for a Procurement Manager – People Capability & Training to lead the development of our Procurement & Supply Chain (P&SC) capability strategy and deliver a world-class learning and development programme across the function.

Role Purpose

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of procurement and supply chain capability in a first-of-its-kind engineering programme. You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering a comprehensive training and development framework that supports our Intelligent Customer model and ensures our people are suitably qualified and experienced (SQEP) – from apprentices to senior leaders.

You’ll lead the creation of the P&SC Academy and Knowledge Model, working closely with central Talent, Recruitment, and Capability teams to deliver our strategic pillars: Invest, Strengthen, and Develop. You’ll also act as a subject matter expert, providing coaching and mentoring to drive a high-performance culture.
