We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee projects in our Consulting Services category. This role involves strategizing to secure cost‑effective deals and high‑performing suppliers, identifying resources to support our rapidly growing businesses across various segments and regions, engaging with key stakeholders to assess needs and define supplier strategies, and ensuring compliance for effective risk control.
Responsibilities
Work on sourcing projects for the Professional Services category, including identifying and evaluating consulting firms based on expertise, experience, and budget.
Implement and optimize procurement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Partner closely with business leaders to define procurement and supply strategies, offering innovative and scalable solutions.
Conduct in-depth analysis of the professional services industry, benchmark categories, and analyze relevant data to identify high‑quality, cost‑effective vendors.
Manage supplier deliverables and establish performance measurement systems to enhance competition, ensure supply continuity, and drive efficiency.
Navigate complex, matrixed organizations and fast‑paced environments; influence cross‑functional teams and senior leadership with data‑driven insights.
Drive initiatives with a strong focus on execution, delivering measurable outcomes.
Analyze historical data to identify trends, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities; present clear and compelling business cases for change.
Apply logical thinking and data‑driven persuasion to support decision‑making and secure stakeholder alignment.
Demonstrate strong change management and interpersonal skills to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders with varying needs.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of progressive experience in consulting and professional services procurement.
Strong knowledge and proven application of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices.
Proficient in negotiation and contract management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skilled in data analysis, strategic decision‑making, and complex problem‑solving.
Comfortable working in ambiguity, managing conflict, and navigating organizational change.
Willingness to travel within the region as required.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certifications in procurement (e.g., CSCP, CPM, CPP, or equivalent).
Experience working in fast‑paced companies, preferably within the tech industry.
In‑depth knowledge of procurement regulations, market trends, and best practices in the region.
Familiarity with procurement tools and systems.
