Procurement Manager (12 month maternity contract)

We’re looking for an experienced procurement professional keen to make an impact. At Haven, we’re seeking someone to drive sourcing and procurement activity across non-category-managed areas. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to deliver value, reduce compliance risk, and enhance both guest and team experiences. Your work will support our EBITDA goals while prioritizing safety, service, and innovation. You’ll also help implement and manage key supplier contracts with a focus on continuous improvement.

Your Opportunity:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key suppliers, working closely with the Head of Procurement.
- Identify and drive opportunities to simplify processes, reduce costs, and improve value for guests and teams.
- Contribute to shaping our procurement strategy as a valued team member.
- Review spend and contracts in collaboration with stakeholders, maintaining a focus on brand and guest experience.
- Lead sourcing, negotiations, and management of supplier partnerships to achieve savings and efficiency.
What we’d like you to bring:
- Significant procurement experience in leisure or hospitality, with broad category expertise.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong commercial, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills, always considering guest and team impact.
- Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills—decisive, insightful, and capable of supporting smart decisions.
- Collaborative approach with stakeholders to optimize budgets and drive results.
