Procurement Manager - Offshore Wind (WTG Services)

Location: London (Hybrid Working)

Contract: 12 Months

Rate: £600/day Outside IR35

Sector: Renewable Energy / Offshore Wind

A leading player in the renewable energy sector is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead the negotiation and delivery of WTG (Wind Turbine Generator) service contracts for a major offshore wind project.

This is a high-impact 12-month contract, based in Central London, offering a competitive day rate outside IR35 with flexible hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the negotiation of Service Maintenance Agreements (SMA) and Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA) for the WTG package.
Manage commercial negotiations with the preferred supplier through to FID and Contract Award.
Ensure coordination and risk alignment between SMA/LTSA and the Turbine Supply Agreement (TSA).
Work closely with internal stakeholders across Commercial, Legal, and O&M teams.
Support governance and approval processes with the Project Leadership Team, Board, and Shareholders.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement, supply chain, or project development, preferably in renewables or large infrastructure.
Solid understanding of offshore wind development and its commercial frameworks.
Proven track record in contract negotiation, stakeholder management, and supplier engagement.
Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and team coordination skills.
Degree in procurement, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
