Our people are our superpower, and we’re looking for a Product Analyst to be our first full-time customer support hire — someone who thrives on solving problems, learning from users, and helping improve both how we support customers and how our product performs.

This is a dual role: primarily frontline customer support and, at the same time, feeding insight back into product and customer teams to help shape support and product as we scale.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day customer support via email, ticketing platforms, and internal tools, ensuring timely and professional resolution of issues
• Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews with usage summaries, insights and custom reporting
• Help track customer requests, feedback, and opportunities for deeper engagement
• Monitor customer health signals to support proactive account operations and content writing
• Own and evolve dashboards to monitor performance, usage, and customer health
• Help improve the way we use tools like Amplitude, BigQuery, Looker or similar

What we are looking for

Essential skills

• Experience in a tech business, ideally with enterprise or B2B clients
• Familiarity with product analytics and data tools (e.g. Amplitude, BigQuery, Looker)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — able to dig into the detail but keep the bigger picture in mind
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and commercial teams
• Comfortable working across multiple functions and switching between strategic and operational work
• Experience with the UK energy industry
• Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, or HubSpot
• Experience in an early-stage or fast-scaling environment
• A passion for building scalable processes and systems that support growth
