Role Details

Hybrid role (minimum 2 days in the office) based in Hertfordshire.

Remuneration

Basic salary circa £58,000, Car Allowance of £450/month, quarterly bonus up to 20% of basic salary, and other benefits.

Company Overview

Our client is a leading consumer electronics accessories and wireless technology manufacturer, expanding their UK Category Team for the Gaming and Audio Consumer Electronics division.

Role Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product/category portfolio, acting as the primary contact for internal teams, partners, and customers across EMEA.
• Drive commercial performance through managing the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.
• Negotiate at a global level and collaborate with Sales, Global Product Management, and Marketing teams to maximize revenue and develop consumer-focused products.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in IT Hardware or Electronics industry; software background not preferred.
• Product management experience in consumer electronics or IT hardware is a strong plus.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of category growth.
• Ability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders across regions.
• Experience presenting to retail customers and senior leadership.
