Lead Product Design Engineer

Location: Dudley (Commutable from Halesowen, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster)

Salary: £40,000-£45,000 + Monday to Friday (Hours) + Hybrid (1 day a week) + Lead Innovation + Profit Share Scheme + Progression

This company specialises in the manufacturing of plastic products and systems, serving a diverse range of industries. They are seeking a driven Product Design Engineer with leadership experience to help spearhead the innovation and development of new products.

This is a Monday to Friday, hybrid position. The key responsibilities include mentoring junior engineers, implementing best practices, ensuring quality, influencing product development, and leading innovation and design of new products.

The Role:

• Hybrid role, with one day a week working from home.
• Product design and development.
• Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (3:30pm finish on Fridays).

• Experienced in product design.
• Lives within a commutable distance to Dudley site.
