Product Design Manager

EU work permit required: The Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) team is a world-class commercial organization experiencing tremendous growth as we expand into new payment flows and continue to grow our core solutions. The Director, Product Solution Design is responsible for technical solutioning supporting strategic initiatives like eInvoicing and new product development for VCS. As the payments landscape evolves, deep knowledge of our capabilities is essential to drive innovative solutions, leveraging VCS, and related products and services from broader teams and partners to deliver top-tier solutions for clients and partners.
Creativity, hands-on approach, and leadership are key qualities.
Lead the scoping and technical solutioning of eInvoicing and other new commercial and product concepts.
# Translate client needs into actionable development plans.
# Identify common client needs and develop solutions leveraging Visa’s and partners’ capabilities.
# Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to align on delivery and go-to-market strategies.
# Present and articulate business value of solutions to management and executives.
# This is a hybrid role; in-office days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Expertise in eInvoicing, commercial payments, and awareness of market trends.
# Proven experience in leading product development from concept to launch.
# Innovative mindset with the ability to create new solutions using Visa’s product set.
