What You'll Do

• Embed with GTM (Go-To-Market) Teams - Work side-by-side with Sales, Customer Success, or Implementation to deeply understand user needs.
• Prototype Fast, Ship Faster - Deliver MVPs in
• Own the Full Cycle - From discovery and backend integration to UI, tuning agents, and handoff for scale.
• Balance Speed with Scale - Build tools that test well today and scale well tomorrow.

You're Likely a Fit If You...

• Have 5+ years of engineering experience, with 2+ years in AI-native or agentic product environments.
• Are comfortable full stack: Python, React, Next.js, Django, MySQL, JavaScript etc.
• Think like a founder comfortable switching from debugging to product scoping.
• Love working close to commercial teams and real users.
• Have strong instincts for what moves the needle-not just what ships.

Bonus Points

• Experience with LLMs, LangChain, or AI agents.
• Prior work in startups or fast-paced 0 1 environments.
• Familiarity with GTM workflows: sales ops, lead scoring, routing, CRM automation, etc.
