This is where creativity meets strategy. As a member of the Baxter Marketing team, you will work on designing, developing and implementing marketing programs and pricing strategies. You'll leverage your expertise to present our life-sustaining and live-saving products and services to the relevant market sector. Working in collaboration with the sales and technical teams, there will be opportunity for learning, development and future career growth across a variety of fields within Baxter.

What you'll be doing

  • Support the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, ensuring alignment with market needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that connect with target audiences.
  • Develop activation plans aligned to the MAP and focus areas for the business (Marketing Activation Plans).
  • Facilitate the appropriate use of marketing tools and materials across the commercial organisation.
  • Drive communication and positive customer experience for Field Corrective Actions / Quality issues in the field.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Leverage the existing installed base to drive sustainable growth in key focus areas.
  • Be the brand / product ambassador.
  • Support the Product Lifecycle and End of Life management.
  • Aid in the completion of NHS / HSE tenders, frameworks and national procurement providers.
  • Work with distributor partners to ensure appropriate messaging and product representation.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and internal sales teams.
  • Support with customer engagement strategies that enhance customer experience and loyalty, utilizing feedback to inform product development and marketing efforts.
  • KOL development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in product management.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the UK, Ireland, and Nordic markets.
  • Strong analytical skills and organisational skills.
  • Experience of a matrix organisation engaging and influencing commercial and functional leaders preferred.
  • An effective communicator.
