What's the job?

• Understand the potential additions to the OpCo 'ask' to maximize the OEB range's potential.
• Assist in project managing all selected OEB projects/ranges from concept through to delivery.
• Help lead a cross-functional expert team (designers, engineers, quality, brand, packaging, etc.) in OEB range development and validation.
• Identify commercial potential for OEB ranges by analyzing relevant data for trends and insights.
• Determine requirements for OEB product development projects based on Business/OpCo category direction and customer insights.
• Share responsibility for the sales and margin performance of OEB products within the range.
• Own ongoing performance reviews of OEB products and manage remedial actions with OpCos to support overall range performance.
