Job Summary

Anord Mardix, a Flex company, is a global group manufacturing switchgear and related products for mission-critical and commercial buildings, including data centers and corporate headquarters. To support our teams, we are seeking a Product Manager – Busway, EMEA for our Busway product range, remotely based in Europe. Reporting to the Global Product Line Director - Busway, the Product Manager will oversee P&L analysis, customer engagement, market strategy, pricing, operational excellence, and R&D, ensuring compliance with IEC, EN, and other standards. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, regional stakeholders, and external partners to position Anord Mardix as a leader in Busway solutions. Preferred locations include the UK, Ireland, or Poland, with wider Europe considered.

Typical Responsibilities:

1. Develop and recommend product strategies aligned with market trends, customer needs, and regulations.
2. Coordinate with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations to ensure successful product delivery.
3. Monitor and analyze P&L performance, providing insights to maximize profitability and growth.
4. Prepare business cases and financial models for investment decisions.
5. Research market dynamics, customer requirements, and competitor offerings.
6. Collaborate with R&D and engineering to define and prioritize product features.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
2. Approximately 5 years’ experience in product management, preferably in Busway solutions.
3. Experience in P&L analysis, strategic planning, and business case development within the EMEA region.
4. Strong knowledge of EMEA market dynamics, standards (IEC, EN).
5. Experience supporting sustainability and ESG initiatives.
6. Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
7. Experience in data centers, electric utilities, or renewable energy markets.
8. Willingness to travel within EMEA, up to 50%.
