Product Growth Manager (London / Hybrid)
Our client is searching for a Product Growth Manager to drive the evolution and adoption of a fast-growing digital platform. This hybrid position combines product ownership, marketing strategy, and user growth, offering a unique opportunity to influence product development while shaping how the platform connects with its users.

Your Wishlist of Skills and Experience
You do not need to tick every box, but experience in the following areas will be helpful:
- Background in digital product management, growth marketing, or user engagement roles
- Experience leading community-focused platforms or projects
- Comfortable using digital tools for analytics, user feedback, and campaign performance
- Familiar with agile ways of working and collaborating with development teams
- Confident creating and implementing growth campaigns, using insight to inform decisions
- Experience in customer lifecycle strategies, acquisition funnels, or CRM platforms
- Able to communicate ideas clearly and build strong internal and external relationships
- Experience dealing with edtech products, student focused products or similar
Additional experience in scaling digital products or working in a startup or SaaS environment would be valuable, though not essential.
Role Details and Benefits
- Location: London (hybrid working model, three days in the office)
- Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Contract: Permanent
