We are united by a shared passion and no-limits mindset, and our strength lies in our ability to collaborate as a powerful international team comprised of 18,000 employees spanning over 100 countries.

People join Howden for many different reasons, but they stay for the same one: our culture. It’s what sets us apart, and the reason our employees have been turning down headhunters for years. Whatever your priorities – work / life balance, career progression, sustainability, volunteering – you’ll find like-minded people driving change at Howden.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to lead the product development and management of data integrations for our proprietary employee benefits data insights and communications platforms, with specific ownership for the needs of our customers in Latin America, Europe, and the UAE. The region is currently serviced by two proprietary digital solutions within our Global Employee Benefits Ecosystem, and both products will fall under the remit of this role.

This role combines technical product management with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, customer advocacy, and relationship management, while balancing global product needs with local country-specific requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and employee benefits or insurance industry knowledge, along with a passion for driving data-driven solutions that enhance customer value.

There will be requirement for some out-of-hours working to accommodate working hours in the Latin American region, although this will be kept to a minimum. There may be a requirement for some travel to countries within the regions for requirements analysis, and to support communication and training campaigns.
