About the Role
We are hiring for multiple Technical Product roles across a few of our key pillars. You will be very familiar with systems thinking and how technical decisions can impact the users directly. As a Lead Product Manager, you'll work closely with a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, data scientists, analysts and writers on an area focused around building our understanding of user data.

- Proficiency in systems thinking — able to work directly with developers and tech leads on a daily basis
- Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to focus your team on impactful work
- Collaborative and inclusive leadership style with a track record of empowering cross-functional teams
- Ability to clearly communicate product decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders
- Creativity in approaching product challenges and rethinking how people manage their finances
- High energy and ownership mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes
- Passion for building tools that improve users’ financial lives through engaging, meaningful conversations
