We’re looking for some to drive innovation by leading product development and aligning it with market priorities. You will own the roadmap execution, development sprints, and delivery timelines to ensure seamless execution.
You will have the ability to shape the product’s commercial success by refining market positioning, pricing, capabilities, and support strategies—ensuring it thrives in a competitive landscape.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Development & Sprint Management – Implement roadmap, manage sprints, prioritize tasks, and maintain backlog.
- Methodology & Specification Enhancement – Refine data handling, propose workflow improvements.
- Performance Attribution Expertise – Apply time/money-weighted and Brinson-Fachler attribution methods.
- Product & Industry Knowledge – Lead SDLC planning, manage Scrum tools, ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Training & Support – Conduct demos, coordinate releases, provide expert-level client support.
- Market & Strategy – Define product vision, develop roadmap, support sales demos/webinars.
This position requires constant communication across the firm and with external clients and partners to collect feedback and validate product requirements.
You may be required to work some US hours, due to the global nature of the team.
Overall, this multifaceted role requires someone who excels in a dynamic environment, is creative and problem solver, and is a team player with exceptional communication skills and attention to details.
In addition to your technical expertise, you'll bring a passion for sustainability, acting as an expert voice on these matters within our development teams.

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?
· You will need relevant performance and attribution analytics background with real world experience. Hands on expertise with Confluence Revolution suite or similar products is a strong bonus.
· You will need a minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in Agile product ownership or performance professional services/analysis role coupled with Agile product owner education.
· You will need to have excellent English language verbal and written communication skills.
· You will need to multi-task, work with a diverse group of teams (Client Services, Sales, Development and Product colleagues) and think on your feet
· You will need to work with a global team: from Australia to the US
· Some travel (typically within Europe) will be required, up to 25% of the time.
