You will play a critical role in embedding real-world clinical insight into Oracle Health’s product lifecycle—from ideation to global market release. Oracle Health’s Clinical Excellence & Insights (CEI) team is seeking a clinically experienced and informatics-savvy professional to guide the development of intelligent, globally relevant healthcare products. You will play a critical role in embedding real-world clinical insight into Oracle Health’s product lifecycle—from ideation to global market release. This role partners directly with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and clinical customers to ensure Oracle products are clinically sound, aligned with regulatory and interoperability standards, and suitable for US and international markets
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of clinical practice or health IT experience; licensure or certification preferred (e.g., RN, MD, PharmD, etc.).
- Proven success delivering clinical insight to cross-functional teams in product, engineering, and customer-facing roles.
- Basic familiarity with clinical ontologies and terminologies such as SNOMED CT, LOINC, RxNorm, ICD, and FHIR—with understanding of country-specific extensions and global data variation.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills across clinical and technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and co-create with diverse teams including developers, product managers, terminologists, and executive clients.
- Experience with EHR implementation, semantic modeling, or standards engagement

Responsibilities
Product Development & Strategy
- Serve as a clinical subject matter expert for product development teams, ensuring clinical validity, workflow alignment, and global relevance.
- Translate evidence-based practice, regulatory trends, and user feedback into actionable product direction.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, and AI teams to develop AI-powered, semantic-driven tools grounded in real-world care delivery.
- Inform roadmap priorities based on frontline experience and regional market needs.
- Represent global clinical workflows and documentation standards, providing guidance on international terminologies and country-specific data models (e.g., SNOMED CT extensions, ICD variants, LOINC, RxNorm).
- Support the development of the semantic knowledge graph and scalable patient graph platform through curated clinical concepts and knowledge structures.
- Partner with international client teams to gather feedback and validate design decisions against diverse health system models.
- Participate in product validation programs, reference activities, and go-to-market efforts in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
- Represent Oracle at customer engagements, conferences, and webinars, acting as a trusted clinical voice in product demonstrations (pre-general availability) and executive-level discussions.
- Co-develop clinical and academic collaborations for industry publication, presenting outcomes that validate Oracle's impact on care delivery and health system performance.
- Guide best practices in content curation, clinical terminology management, and knowledge lifecycle governance.
- Support interoperability efforts across product lines through integration of HL7, FHIR, and other international standards.
- Collaborate with data science and ML teams to enable clinical explainability, retrieval-augmented generation, and graph-based intelligence.
