About ElevenLabs

ElevenLabs is a research and product company defining the frontier of Audio AI. Millions of individuals use ElevenLabs to read articles, voice over their videos, and reclaim voices lost from disability. The company also enables developers and enterprises to create Conversational AI agents for support, sales, and education.

ElevenLabs launched in January 2023 with the first AI model to cross the threshold of human-like speech. In January 2025, we raised a $180 million Series C round, valuing ElevenLabs at $3.3 billion. The round was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and ICONIQ Growth, with continued support from leading names in tech.

ElevenLabs is scaling rapidly but we are just getting started. If you want to work hard and have an incredible impact, we would love to hear from you.

How we work

  • High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
  • Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. It’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
  • AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results across the whole company.
  • Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
  • Global team: We prioritize talent, not location.

What we offer

  • Learning & development: Annual discretionary stipend towards professional development.
  • Social travel: Annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year.
  • Annual company offsite: The entire company joins at a new location each year.
  • Co-working: If you’re not located near a main hub, a monthly co-working stipend is provided.

About The Role

We’re building the world’s most engaging marketplace of AI voices, and we’re looking for a product manager to own its future. This role combines marketplace product leadership with voice operations expertise: you’ll shape how millions of users browse, discover, and select voices, while ensuring our library is comprehensive, high-quality, and ethically managed.

Day to day, you’ll be at the center of our Voice Library, working with professional voice actors, studios, and go-to-market teams to grow and curate our catalog. The challenge is twofold: scale the supply side through licensing and onboarding, and drive demand by making the experience intuitive, engaging, and indispensable for creators.

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketplace product initiatives with a focus on voice library growth and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with voice actors, studios, and go-to-market teams to license, onboard, and manage content.
  • Define product strategy, roadmaps, and metrics to drive growth and user engagement.
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver a seamless user experience from discovery to licensing and delivery.

Qualifications

  • Marketplace product experience (apps, music, e-commerce, or similar) with an understanding of supply-demand dynamics.
  • Strong product analytics skills, able to query data and translate insights into product outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating with voice talent and studios, including licensing, quality review, and delivery.
  • Clear, structured product thinking with the ability to create a long-term roadmap while iterating quickly.
  • Based in the EU time zone (preferred) or nearby.
  • Bonus: Direct experience scaling a marketplace from early traction to mass adoption; background in audio production, voice workflows, or AI voice technologies; enthusiasm for creativity, technology, and product.
