Role overview

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Manager who is ready to roll up their sleeves and solve complex problems. You will lead critical growth initiatives at Harper, using disciplined execution and product thinking to deliver step-change outcomes.

You will apply lean methodologies and data-drive decision-making to embed a product frameworks into everything you do. Working closely with our brand partners and customers, you’ll gather insights, shape solutions, and ensure alignment through clear, consistent communication.

This role offers real autonomy and the opportunity to build scalable, global products that power Harper’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

·Lead a product squad covering business-facing and consumer-facing features across Harper

·Contribute to the product roadmap through data, customer and market insights, and partner collaboration

·Collaborate closely with engineering, design, ops, and other teams to deliver high-impact solutions on time

·Use data and experimentation (A/B testing) to validate hypotheses and improve product outcomes

·Translate complex user needs into actionable product requirements

·Communicate product progress, challenges, and trade-offs clearly to internal and external stakeholders

·Coach and mentor junior team members as the product team grows

·Ensure alignment between product delivery and company growth goals

·3+ years of experience in product management or a closely related role (e.g. strategy, consulting, product

operations etc.) – show us how you have solved large problems by delivering market-leading solutions

·Strong analytical skills, confident in Excel and data analysis to guide product decisions – show us how you have

turned thousands of rows of data into actionable insight

·Experience with product experimentation and innovation accounting

·Experience managing cross-functional squads and delivering end-to-end product lifecycle

·Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery

·Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and complexity in fast-moving environments

·Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

·Bonus: Experience in consumer/fintech/ retail/ fashion
