We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Product Manager to join our team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll help shape the future of our product offerings, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the company roadmap.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to define and deliver high-quality features.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact.
- Communicate product vision, progress, and timelines to stakeholders.
- Continuously gather feedback and data to iterate and improve the product.
- Coordinate with other product managers to manage cross-team dependencies
- ·3–5 years of experience in a product management or product owner role.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
- A user-centric mindset with a focus on delivering outcomes over output.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and make data-informed decisions.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude and a passion for building great products.
