What you will be doing
As a Product Manager you will play a crucial role in shaping our invoicing, billing and payments strategy to enhance the operational capabilities of our platform. This role is for a strong product manager who can drive innovation in product development, optimise workflows, and align with our mission of enabling healthcare professionals to grow and manage their businesses.
You will join a highly collaborative and inclusive Product team, with a strong feedback culture.
You Will
- Develop and execute product strategies that address payment, billing and invoicing needs of the healthcare market.
- Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation to iteration and market/user research to launch, with a focus on operational experience.
- Perform user research to gather requirements from our customers
- Work as part of a delivery team (engineering, SDET, design...) and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the whole company (sales, customer support, marketing) to deliver high-quality products.
- Prioritise and manage the product backlog, making data-driven decisions to enhance product features.
- Monitor and analyse product performance, using feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment.
- Knowledge of standard invoicing and payment flows
- Experience in optimising operational workflows such as revenue cycle management
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrable user research skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Business acumen and ROI orientation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management and influence skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced and changing startup environment.
- Experience in the HealthTech or healthcare industry (nice-to-have, not mandatory).
- Proficiency in the French language (nice-to-have, not mandatory)

- £60-70k package (based on your experience and the value you can bring)
