Job Description

Reed.co.uk is looking for a Product Manager to join their Courses Team in Holborn, London.

About Reed Courses

Reed Courses is a part of Reed.co.uk; one of Britain’s most established digital brands. Our mission is to be the UK’s most trusted learning marketplace for career development. We work with hundreds of respected learning providers to advertise over 90,000 courses in a wide range of subjects; from accounting and HR right through to fitness and cooking. We offer courses for both consumers and businesses - helping individuals learn something new and develop their career, whilst also allowing employers to upskill their staff and create a more knowledgeable workforce.

Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, ambitious Product Manager seeking a unique and rewarding career opportunity within a small, tightly knit cross-functional team. Reporting to the Director of Product Strategy, you’ll be responsible for developing and optimising the entire suite of Courses products: a high performing B2C ecommerce/marketplace website, a B2B facing advertising backend and an internal management platform. We’re looking for someone who thrives on owning everything from the smallest details of a feature change, right up to helping shape the product vision and business direction.

Commercially driven and team oriented, you’ll be actively interested in expanding your remit outside of just Product, through high levels of collaboration with other departments - not only Technology and Design, but Commercial, Marketing and CRM. You’ll have the opportunity to wear many hats and get involved in projects and initiatives of all shapes and types, including those which expand beyond the remit of a traditional product role.

You’ll have exposure to senior stakeholders and decision makers, with the opportunity to develop your skills to influence and persuade. Organised, highly personable and - most importantly - enthusiastic, you’ll want to hit the ground running and deliver, right from day one.
