Overview

MrQ is looking for a Product Manager to join the Games & Retention team, work side by side with other skilled Product Managers and play a crucial role in defining and driving the vision, strategy, development and life cycle of the products handled by one of our dedicated Tribes, focusing on:

  • Games Integration: Managing and optimising direct integrations with leading game studios, aligned with Casino Ops’ priorities and appetite, to deliver relevant and high-performing content to our players.
  • Casino Lobby UX and Discoverability: Ensure the Casino Lobby remains relevant and intuitive to navigate. Identify opportunities to streamline the game launch-to-wager journey and enhance the discoverability of new titles.
  • Promotions and Promo Engine: Support the CRM team by expanding our internal Promo Engine, integrating new mechanics, and ensuring players receive and easily engage with high-quality promotions, aligned with the CRM team’s plans and priorities.

Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will collaborate closely with the engineering team and other cross-functional teams, including designers and stakeholders, to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our tech leadership and support other Tribes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead product initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, leveraging Agile methodologies to deliver high-impact results.

What You Will Do

  • Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear Product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Translate efficiently architectural needs into business concepts, to facilitate communication and understanding of initiatives to non-tech stakeholders.
  • Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with Tribe engineers and stakeholders to define Product roadmaps and prioritise features development based on business value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing and other teams to define Product requirements, specifications, and timelines.
  • Iterative Development: Drive the Agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of Product initiatives, ensure tracking points are collected as part of delivery process and iterate based on data-driven insights, to enhance customer experience and retention.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on product status, demos, milestones, and priorities.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years in Product Management or within the iGaming industry. Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
  • Gaming Industry: A strong understanding of the iGaming industry and its products, processes as well as compliance requirements.
  • Agile Practitioner: Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and make data-driven decisions, assess priorities and approach problems with a proactive mindset.
  • Player-Centric: Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Background Skills: For this role, strong knowledge in at least one of the following areas is essential, ideally both:
  • Casino Lobbies: Deep understanding of UX and content discoverability, aimed at improving lobby-to-wager conversion. This includes analyzing user behavior to optimize game positioning and overall navigation flow.
  • Retention Mechanics: Familiarity with common reward types used in the gaming industry across slots and live casino. This also includes integration with CRM platforms, understanding the full campaign lifecycle — from ideation and back-office setup to player-facing components and communication.
