Overview
We have partnered up with a highly reputable digital transformation technology consultancy and are on the hunt for a Product Owner to join them. They take part in delivering cutting edge transformations for clients across various sectors including government, financial services, utilities, broadcasting, retail, and energy.
Salary - up to £55,000 per annum + benefits
Hybrid remote (likely to be 1-2x per month, but could be less, in London, Newcastle, or Manchester)
Candidates must be able to work in the UK without visa sponsorship
Must haves
- 3 years + commercial experience as a Product Owner
- Hands-on experience in user-focused product or service delivery
- A deep understanding of agile methodologies and their practical application
- Confidence working with both business and technical teams to align requirements and delivery
- The ability to manage competing priorities and make business-driven decisions
- Flexibility to contribute across multiple agile roles, supporting a balanced team approach
- Leadership capability and influence within delivery teams and with stakeholders
- A commitment to personal and professional growth, ideally with relevant agile certifications such as PSPO or PSM

You\'ll play a key role in shaping user-focused digital products and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tangible value.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and articulate the product vision, ensuring delivery teams are aligned and focused on generating meaningful outcomes for users and stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog, making informed decisions that reflect business goals and technical constraints.
- Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, with strong communication skills to lead sprint reviews and engage in regular client interaction.
- Collaborate within agile squads and be adaptable enough to support roles such as Business Analyst or Service Designer when needed.
In addition to delivery work, you’ll have opportunities to support wider organisational initiatives, including:
- Business Development: Contributing to proposals, bids, and client pitches, and shaping propositions aligned with market needs.
- Internal Initiatives: Supporting knowledge-sharing, thought leadership (e.g. whitepapers), team operations, recruitment, and internal community events.
- Learning & Development: Participating in training, gaining certifications, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
