Job purpose:
We are hiring a Product Owner to focus on our Patient Growth
proposition within the dental market. This is a high -impact, key role
where you will take full ownership of our CRM offering, evolving it into a
market-leading solution deeply integrated with other core Agilio
products.

You will be responsible for:
• Own and deliver the product roadmap for Patient Growth, with an
emphasis on CRM enhancement and integrated Agilio services
• Translate strategy into an actionable backlog, working closely with
senior stakeholders and business leadership
• Lead Agile ceremonies (i.e. sprint planning, daily stand-ups,
retrospectives) and collaborate with design and engineering teams to
ensure smooth and efficient delivery
• Collaborate across functions – marketing, sales, support, and
operations – to ensure proposition alignment and business impact
• Draw up product briefs, create epics and stories/tickets ready for
Developers
• Champion user needs, balancing them with business objectives and
technical constraints
• Engage with customers, sharing product news bi-monthly, encouraging
users to vote for roadmap items, handling new feature requests
• Monitor product (app) usage to regularly evaluate which attributes are
most valuable, sharing insights and recommending ways to improve
• Monitor the competitive landscape, identifying opportunities to
differentiate and innovate

The skills and experience which we are looking for in our Product
Owner (DenGro) are:

Essential
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in B2B SaaS, CRM, or a
healthcare-adjacent field
• Proven ability to own the Agile process, collaborating with Developers
to ship impactful digital products.
• Strong planning and prioritisation, accurate on the details
• Proficient in the use of JIRA and related solutions
• Strong commercial acumen and user empathy
• A structured, delivery -oriented mindset, with comfort in fast-moving
and ambiguous contexts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Confidence in managing complex integrations and external
partnerships
• A genuine passion for improving patient outcomes and helping dental
practices grow

Desirable
• Experience in the dental, healthcare, or healthtech space
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, AI, and marketing automation
• Understanding of financial tools and patient financing models

Additional Information
This is a full-time role, based hybrid Bath
Job type: Full-time, permanent, some out of hours work may be
required from time to time.
