Our client is implementing a global Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to support Marketing, Communications, Digital and Product teams and is looking for a hands-on Product Owner to take ownership of our DAM platform. You should have prior experience of working as a Product Owner, have excellent communication skills with a background in marketing environments.

Our client is implementing a global Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to support Marketing, Communications, Digital and Product teams and is looking for a hands-on Product Owner to take ownership of the DAM platform. You should have prior experience of working as a Product Owner, have excellent communication skills with a background in marketing environments.
Responsibilities
- Leading setup of taxonomy and metadata structures to organise marketing and product assets globally.
- Configuring workflows for asset upload, tagging, approvals, and lifecycle management.
- Acting as the key interface between Marketing, Communications, Product, and IT, translating business needs into clear technical requirements and data models.
- Managing integrations with Salesforce, PIM, CMS, and other systems.
- Driving onboarding, training, and adoption across global teams.
- Maintaining a product backlog, identifying new use cases, and expanding the role of DAM over time.
- Collaborating closely with IT on SSO, permissions, security, and compliance.
- Coordinating with the vendor (MediaManager/Brandfolder) and managing support escalations.
Qualifications
- Experience with DAM systems (Brandfolder/MediaManager or similar).
- Strong knowledge of taxonomy, metadata, and digital asset workflows.
- Hands-on product owner comfortable with both business and technical detail.
- Track record of working with integrations (Salesforce, PIM, CMS, APIs).
- Excellent communication skills and experience bridging global business teams and IT.
- Pragmatic, structured, and able to drive adoption across multiple functions.
