Role: Product Owner

Salary: c £55,000 + Bonus

Location: Remote, occasional travel which is paid

This is a newly created Product Owner role to work as part of a high performing engineering squad within a B2B SaaS based organisation.

Focused on your Product domain, leveraging relationship with business stakeholders and technical teams (Developers, QA and Analysts) to own vision, roadmap and backlog. Your role within the business will be to ensure the team is focused on value to both customers and internal stakeholders

Responsible for understanding needs, spotting opportunities and translating the strategy into actionable, high value work. Over time, you’ll understand the business market, future growth and demonstrable tangible value in outcomes.

Key focused of the position will include:

• Product vision and strategy – from owning ideas and roadmap
• Backlog ownership and prioritisation
• Stakeholder engagement
• Delivery enablement

Skills and experience:

• Proven experience in either a product owner, product management or technical BA style role, experienced working closely with engineering teams
• Knowledge and experience of agile delivery (Scrum / Kanban)
• Experienced in backlog prioritisation and enjoys focusing on business value and commercial benefit
• Experienced in working with customers
