Role Overview

The purpose of the role is to coordinate and manage vendor activity, measure vendor performance, and align the vendor performance with supply and demand forecasts.

How You Will Make An Impact

1. Weekly review of vendor performance
2. Accurate reporting of vendor performance and supporting vendors to remain within agreed service levels
3. Generating and communicating activity forecasts
4. Management of P2P process with respect to vendors
5. Handover of products to logistics for onward distribution
6. Coordinating retail demand vs capacity with escalation where needed
7. Replenishment of goods and components to vendors
8. Management of any VAS requirements
9. Partnering with stakeholders: operational and supply chain teams, vendors and suppliers, finance, logistics, and retail services

What You Bring To The Team

• Experience working in Vendor or Supply Chain functions
• Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Preferred experience with ERP software
• Experience tracking data, reviewing trends, and analyzing performance
• Ability to work remotely with vendors and supply chain teams
• Proven experience in reporting operational activities and data analysis
