The Team
Our Dynamics Team specialise in delivering focused solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365. With a focus on the education sector, from Higher Education, Further Education and Vocational learning, we help institutions streamline student recruitment, engagement, wellbeing support and business partnerships. The Project Delivery Team is responsible for the planning, execution, and oversight of the successful implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions for our customers. The team ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the education institutes objectives.
The Role
As a Professional Services Consultant within the Dynamics Team, you will have the technical know-how and Dynamics understanding to confidently guide customers through every stage of their Dynamics 365 journey, delivering tailored solutions, supporting testing, enhancing workflows with automation, and ensuring systems evolve alongside our customer’s needs.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with Dynamics support experience to step into a consultative and implementation-focused position.
This is a remote role with the expectation of monthly travel for kick off meetings and face-to-face customer visits/training.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the delivery of tailored Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring alignment with customers’ needs and smooth implementation.
- Leading workshops to gather requirements, showcase features, and guide users through new updates or capabilities.
- Engaging with our customers to review workflows, identifying issues, and suggesting improvements using Dynamics best practices.
- Updating Dynamics configurations to reflect changes in customer strategy, structure, or operations.
- Supporting customer through UAT (User Acceptance Testing), helping confirm the system meets expectations before launch.
- Work with users to create test scripts that reflect real scenarios and ensure coverage.
- Use AI tools like Copilot or Power Automate to streamline tasks and enhance user experience.
- Set up business process flows and automations through Dynamics to guide users and improve efficiency.
The skills you’ll need:
- Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365, including customisation, Integration, Deployment etc.
- Build, configure and arrange customer Insight Journeys.
- Confidence in presenting to customers both virtually and face to face.
