As a Project Manager Principal, you will be responsible for aligning global PMO goals, standardizing project management processes at a global level, and driving efficient project execution.
We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager for large‑scale implementation projects, with management and leadership experience and a strong track record in ERP implementation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coaching and mentoring PMs and cross‑functional teams for consistent, high‑quality delivery.
- Leading project teams with strategic direction, motivation, and hands‑on support.
- Leveraging industry and product expertise to drive innovative solutions and optimize project outcomes, while identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
- Managing complex enterprise‑level initiatives and full project lifecycles from inception through planning, execution, validation, and deployment.
- Overseeing risk, resource, and budget management, ensuring adequate funding, documentation, and compliance with Epicor’s implementation framework.
- Fostering strong client relationships through regular status updates, issue resolution, and timely communication, delivering a unified “One Epicor” experience.
- Presenting clear progress reports and action plans to stakeholders, listening and responding with empathy, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.

Qualifications
- 10+ years experience managing complex ERP projects.
- 8+ years progressive experience in project or program management with a proven record of success.
- PMP, Prince2 or equivalent certification.
This is a remote position; however, candidates must be based in Finland or in the United Kingdom and have the right to work there.
