Base pay range An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Professional Support Lawyer (4+ years’ PQE) to join a top-ranked national real estate team within a leading professional services business. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the team’s knowledge strategy, managing and updating precedents, producing legal updates, and coordinating internal training. You’ll also support lawyers with research and compliance, contribute to government consultations, and collaborate with the innovation and marketing teams to create high-quality client materials. About you:

4+ years’ PQE in real estate law Strong experience in residential development, housing, and public sector matters Genuine interest in legal technology and automated precedents Excellent communication, organisation, and mentoring skills
