Are you passionate about social media, influencer relations, and crisis communications? Join our Global Community Operations team as a Program Manager, Social Brand Reputation and help protect the reputation of one of the world’s leading platforms.

In this high-impact role, you’ll lead a globally distributed team focused on handling viral and influencer-related content while managing brand crises across social media platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with Global Communications, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to respond quickly, smartly, and strategically to potential brand risks.

• Co-lead a 24/7 global team monitoring social media for influencer/viral content and brand issues
• Manage onboarding and performance of globally located team members
• Lead social listening, response strategy, and engagement for brand-sensitive topics
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Communications, and Operations teams
• Optimize social workflows using Sprinklr, Brandwatch, and other tools
• Develop actionable insights based on quantitative and qualitative social data
• Design and implement scalable projects and solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Manage senior global stakeholders and develop executive-level presentations
• Provide after-hours on-call support as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years in social media community management or crisis comms (preferably for a high-profile brand)
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field
• Experience with influencer/celebrity management on social
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
• Familiarity with tools like Sprinklr and Brandwatch
• Understanding of what makes content go viral and how to mitigate brand risk
• Background in customer care operations and social engagement strategies
• Excellent writing, listening, and de-escalation skills
• Comfortable working across time zones and on-call as required
