The Role
We are looking for a Program Manager to innovate, win, and grow with us on our Customer Team in our Theale, UK office (Hybrid 2 days a week).
As a Customer Operations Program Manager, you will embrace change and support the Operations of Services, Support, Customer Success, and Renewals, delivering value-add programs and projects to achieve the business strategic plan. You will work cross-functionally, identifying process gaps and turning targets into actionable projects through workshops and consultation.
As a hands-on program manager, you will not be afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the job done, achieving the desired outcomes and outputs scoped within the programs, managing interdependencies between projects, programs and portfolios, and documenting processes and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
- Implement best practices, techniques, and tools for project planning and management.
- Build relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels within the business.
- Record and analyze data and measurements of processes to identify future improvements that contribute to the business strategy.
- Apply excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to provide efficient and creative resolutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years working experience in project and/or program management.
- Working knowledge of continuous improvements principles (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
- Excellent communication, time-management, and organization skills.
- Proficiency in using and understanding Salesforce.
- Exposure to PowerBI reporting and its capabilities.
