Program Specialist, Enablement – EMEA
Location: EMEA (Remote or Hybrid)
Department: Sales Enablement / Go-to-Market (GTM)
Reports to: Regional Enablement Leadership
We are seeking a dynamic and execution-focused Program Specialist to join our Enablement team in EMEA. This role is responsible for driving the coordination and execution of regional enablement programs that support:
- Sales productivity
- Onboarding
- Product launches
- Ongoing skills development
All programs are aligned with both global strategies and local market needs. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to ensure content and programs are:
- Tailored
- Effective
- Regionally relevant
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple projects simultaneously, and uses data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve enablement efforts.
Program Management & Execution
- Execute enablement programs across EMEA aligned with global and local business priorities.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content and programs meet regional needs.
Analysis & Insights
- Track and report on program effectiveness using Salesforce, LMS platforms, and internal dashboards.
- Deliver actionable insights to optimize enablement initiatives and improve seller ramp and productivity.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as the connective tissue across Sales Enablement, GTM, Field Marketing, and Sales Leadership.
- Gather frontline feedback to localize and enhance global enablement content.
Implementation & Adoption
- Support rollout of tools, playbooks, training paths, and certification programs across various markets.
- Monitor participation and engagement to inform continuous improvement efforts.
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, GTM project coordination, or similar functions.
- Strong project/program management skills with the ability to run multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across diverse functions and cultures.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Tableau, Excel, Salesforce, and LMS analytics.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven.
- Background in SaaS, UCaaS, or enterprise technology.
- Familiarity with tools such as Highspot, Lessonly, WorkRamp, or Seismic.
- Fluency in a second European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish).
