Job Description
We are looking for someone with strong business, change, programme/project management and engagement skills who will have the opportunity to work within an office sitting at the heart of operations. You will be working to ensure that change is well managed across operations and will include elements of governance, business management, assurance, project and programme management, stakeholder and customer management, people and culture. It is a great opportunity for someone who has or wishes to develop an understanding of how the business operates and wants to make a difference. Some of the key elements of the role are:
- You will develop strong relationships with the individual change/transformation project teams, partners and stakeholders and will be responsible for the ownership and co-ordination of an ops wide change engagement plan for operations. Engagement will be consistently driven and evaluated by you, with your progress reports being regularly provided to the team.
- You will recognise we are One organisation and this role as key in forming positive collaborations and facilitating connections within ops and cross-org
- You will be able to build strong relationships, obtain information we need from others with as little pressure on them as possible
- You will be comfortable managing lots of data and being able to analyse, interpret and present it clearly and succinctly. You will collate significant information levels from lots of different projects, and create products and presentations that explain change in easily digestible format to wide audiences
- You will work in a flexible and agile way recognising we are a new team with an evolving remit and priorities, so we need someone who is enthused to be part of shaping a new remit, comfortable with ambiguity as we form and flexible to take the role where it needs to go

The role is within the Operations Improvement Office. We have a remit to ensure change is well managed across Operations, by:
- Maintaining oversight and governance over Ops-Led change, controlling design, pace and sequencing of change
- Ensuring operations requirements and implications are at the heart of any change
- Ensuring the business management and planning are integrated into all changes
Experience/skills Required

This is a hybrid role; contractually you will be office based at your nearest base location in England but you will also be able to work from home. There will be some national travel for meetings, with some overnight stays.
