Visualhouse is an international creative agency focused on creating compelling brand stories for architecture, design, and the built environment. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator / Digital Marketing Manager to join our London team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who excels at multitasking, has a keen eye for detail, and understands how to drive engagement through strategic and well-executed digital campaigns.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will support the project management team across a range of tasks, including the development of proposals, creation of project schedules, client communication, and general day-to-day coordination. In parallel, you’ll take ownership of our digital marketing efforts—planning, executing, and optimising campaigns across relevant platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

• Coordinate and manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across creative, production, and marketing projects
• Serve as a key liaison between internal teams (designers, art directors, project managers) and external clients
• Prepare and manage project proposals, quotes, and client expectations
• Ensure consistent quality control and timely delivery across all client work
• Organise internal and client meetings, manage project documentation, and assist with financial reporting

Digital Marketing Management

• Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across platforms including email, social media, and web
• Develop and maintain a content calendar in collaboration with creative teams
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
• Manage SEO/SEM strategies and ongoing website optimisation
• Maintain and update the company website with new work, news, and information
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touch points and align campaigns with broader business objectives

What We're Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination and/or digital marketing
• Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Experience working in creative or agency environments preferred
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Mailchimp)
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and an ability to manage competing priorities
