Project Co-Ordinator / Junior Project Manager
Whitehall Resources currently require a Project Co-Ordinator / Junior Project Manager to work with a key client based in Cambridge
**Please note this is 2 days onsite weekly and falls INSIDE IR35**
Project Coordination & Delivery
• Coordinate and monitor end-to-end execution of small-scale infrastructure projects.
• Maintain project plans, track milestones and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify and escalate project risks and issues proactively, following up on resolution paths.
• Collaborate with cross functional global teams within Engineering IT and Arm’s Engineering community.
• Understand the unique requirements of Engineering teams and ensure projects support their operational needs.
• Act as a bridge between Infrastructure delivery and Engineering stakeholders
• Provide timely updates and coordination between internal IT teams and external customers when applicable.
• Maintain transparency on project status, blockers, and expected outcomes.
Required
• 2–4 years of experience in a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager role, ideally in a technology or engineering environment.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Experience working with technical teams including Infrastructure, Cloud, or DevOps.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of working with diverse stakeholders across multiple geographies.
Preferred
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, Scrum and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of infrastructure domains such as compute, storage, network, or CI/CD environments.
• Formal project management certification (CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
