The PMA is a key role, working closely with Program and Project Managers, providing support in project reporting, analysis, and delivery. You will collaborate with departments such as Financial Partners, Reporting Office, and Invoicing Department, supporting stakeholders as a PMA to identify cost-effective approaches, leverage existing systems, and mitigate operational and business risks.
Responsibilities
- Staff Management Support
- Employees onboarding, transfers, and offboarding in customer and Luxoft internal systems
- Coordination of the hiring process at customer premises
- Arranging accommodation for new joiners, stakeholder notification, initiating start requests, and guiding new employees with initial questions
- Maintaining employee data in internal tools
- Project-specific support including collaboration with stakeholders such as Financial Management, Business Counterparties, Program and Project Managers, and internal management levels
- Creating client-specific and internal project reports
- Coordinating time tracking and absence requests, collecting and validating timesheet data, and managing workforce allocation
- Preparing resource utilization and billability reports
- Providing project status and governance reports
- Developing ad hoc reports
- Administrative support such as processing expense requests, organizing team events, workshops, client visits, management meetings, and tracking actions
- Handling ad-hoc requests
Skills
Must have
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.)
- Proficiency in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Quick learner
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize effectively
- Self-initiative and independence
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good analytical skills and diligence with accounts and data
- Problem-solving abilities
- Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

- Experience with Confluence and Atlassian Jira
