Fusion are looking for a Project Manager. This is a full time/permanent position in Essex and operates a Hybrid working model. For the right person, we can also consider applications from places outside of Essex.
Fusion Project Management operate predominantly in the public sector, with a strong focus on the Education Sector, however also cover Commercial, Residential, Science and Health Sectors. Fusion provides property consultancy services to a wide range of clients and wish to recruit a strong and driven candidate into their expanding Project Management Team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare client briefs and help define these to other members of the team members.
- Work with the design team members throughout RIBA Stages 0-7
- Procure and manage project surveys, design consultants and project teams
- Oversee planning applications and assist with the planning process
- Work closely with project cost managers to ensure projects remain within client budget limits
- Preparation of contract documents for issue to contractor
- Stakeholder management with directors, clients, legal representatives etc.
- Establish site setup plans with contractors
- Manage contractor works on site
- Approving payments and administering contracts
- Experienced in construction project management.
- MS Office, MS Project experience preferred
- Construction or property related degree preferred
- Full UK Driving licence required
