One of Massachusetts' leading general contractors is seeking a Project Manager to join their team on a secured pipeline of work. The company is headquartered in the North Shore Massachusetts and specializes in delivering high-quality construction projects for affordable housing, municipal entities, and school districts—primarily across the North Shore and Metrowest regions. The team consists of approximately 20 professionals and offers a close-knit, supportive culture with stable growth heading into 2025 and beyond.

Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr. The actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
  • Monitor project performance, addressing any challenges proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to achieve project milestones.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure project standards are met.

Profile / Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Experience on public + private projects up to $20M
  • Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam and other related construction software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of construction safety regulations and quality standards
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure
  • A degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
