The Project Manager contributes to the MSX Purpose, Vision and Misson by delivering project success to our clients. With a focus on enhancing our current client partnerships and increasing overall incremental revenue and profitability, the Project Manager supports innovative new approaches to ensure project KPI’s and key objectives are met.
Project Delivery
- Deliver project KPI’s and key objectives
- Conduct and chair regular KPI performance reviews
- Produce and develop analytical reporting, which is clear and concise, and communicate reporting to ensure performance is tracking against KPI’s and targets
- Use reporting to inform improvement opportunities and create and implement improvement plans where performance is below target
- Build and develop a clear governance process that can be shared with all stakeholders
- Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently including performance, personnel, and relationships, support and communications in the market/project
- Ensure the maintenance of MSX Business, Brand, and Safety Standards
- Oversee quality control with regards to delivery against client requirements
- Review market trends and developments to ensure the project remains at the forefront of advancement
- Work across the MSX organisations to create best in class practice and areas for development
- Drive innovation and pace across all activity development
- Deliver ad hoc project work to high levels of client satisfaction
- Manage the launch and actions for tactical campaigns
- Work with central teams to define enhanced services to support future growth
- Support project teams with high-profile/high-impact initiatives
- Support and lead the launch of programme development initiatives
Client Management
- Maintain and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Act as the primary interface with the client and develop effective working relationships
- Ensure the maintenance of Client Business, Brand, and Safety Standards
- Develop market business plans and assignments in support of the client and project, which help deliver on and achieve objectives
- Build and clearly present business case details, and implement strategies for the development of the project
- Work across the Client organisation to create best in class practice and areas for development
- Gain insight into all stakeholder requirements to inform project development planning
- Manage and develop new initiatives from initial discussions through to implementation
- Support strategic future planning to assist with project direction whilst maintaining the market competitive position and customer service offering
Team Management
- Lead, develop, and coach teams, overseeing personnel within their assigned region/s
- Create and deliver annual performance reviews; develop personal growth and performance improvement plans
- Ensure quality on-boarding and training of all MSX team members
Qualifications
- Experience in the preparation of budget, forecast and sales plans (desirable)
- Experience of leading teams/projects/clients as a Project Manager
- Professional experience in sales, marketing or business development
- Proven track record in target achievement
- Experience in new programme/project launches and implementation
- Experience in process improvement
- Experience identifying areas for improvement via data analysis
