Overview

Project Manager - Technology Transformation role at Cadence Resourcing. Hybrid Working. 2 year fixed term contract. £85,000 - £90,000 per annum + excellent benefits and bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of a new Target Operating Model for the client's global technology operation, working with the wider programme team to engage with business stakeholders, technology teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery of the TOM.
• Collaborate with teams based in Europe and the US; manage technology-led transformation activities, including restructuring and outsourcing workstreams across large global organisations.
• Drive transformation to transform technology operations, improve organisational structure, technology estate and ways of working to gain efficiencies and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in project managing technology-led transformation activities, including Target Operating Model implementations.
• Experience with team restructuring and outsourcing workstreams across large global organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with demonstrable track record working with teams based in Europe and the US.
