About the team:
FIS Integrity is a leading liquidity management solution that provides chief financial officers and treasurers in corporations, financial institutions, and the public sector with real-time visibility into cash flows and increased operational controls around treasury, receivables and payments management.
You’ll be part of a team between Europe and North America with other Project Managers.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in business administration/management/Computer Science or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
At least 5 years of Project Manager experience
Project management, productivity, planning, and workload management skills are essential along with a proven track record of leading client facing financial technology implementation projects
The drive, organization, and time management skills to deliver a varied portfolio of projects to time, cost and quality constraints
Working experience in one or more following fields: Treasury, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, e-Commerce, Corporate Banking or Banking Payments (in a medium to large corporation or software and service provider),
The ability to lead diverse professional project delivery teams across different regions to deliver the clients requirements on time, and within budget
Ability to build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
A positive and proactive attitude paired with ability to handle challenging situations
Fluency in English
Other European languages are an asset
A formal project management qualification (PRINCE2, APM, PMP etc) is also an asset
Flexibility to deliver projects for US clients as well as European clients
Responsibilities:
Plan & deliver concurrent client projects from start to completion through all aspects of the Software Delivery Lifecycle, in a fast paced, dynamic Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery operation with clients throughout Europe
Manage consulting personnel, effective communication, project planning and driving the project to ensure successful outcomes for our clients,
In conjunction with the client and internal stakeholders, initiate and set goals for projects according to the strategic objectives of the business,
Formulation, organisation and monitoring of a portfolio of projects with a total value to FIS in the region of USD $3million,
Strictly control and manage deadlines, budgets and activities
Manage client relationships at Group Treasurer/ CxO level
