This role combines strategic product ownership with hands-on project leadership, offering the opportunity to oversee the entire product lifecycle from MVP stage through to full release. You will be responsible for shaping the roadmap, building and scaling a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring alignment with business goals. With strong involvement in UI/UX, market research, and stakeholder management, you will directly influence both product vision and execution. Accountabilities
- Build and scale a high-performing team, hiring developers, designers, analysts, and QA specialists
- Drive the product lifecycle from MVP to full release, defining and maintaining the roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs
- Approve and oversee UI/UX decisions while integrating market and competitor insights into product development
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to plan, prioritize, and deliver milestones on time
- Maintain transparent documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence
- Collaborate closely with leadership to align on product strategy, while ensuring effective stakeholder communication
- Oversee testing and quality assurance, as well as post-launch improvements based on user feedback and performance metrics
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in technology-driven companies
- Proven success in building and leading teams and taking products from MVP to launch
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile practices, with experience in business analysis and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with UI/UX collaboration and design validation
- Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- Nice-to-have: experience with distributed teams, technical background, or certifications (PMI, PMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner)
