In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the delivery of projects across client implementations, product and tech migration, and compliance work. You'll lead and manage project planning, budgets, and risks, and work closely with teams across engineering, product, compliance, and client operations. It's a hands-on, delivery-focused role with a mix of internal and external work. This role is based in the London office three days per week.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex technology projects such as cloud and platform migrations, within financial services or fintech sectors. The right person will have strong technical and commercial stakeholder skills, and experience working with internal product and engineering teams.

The Role:
*Lead Implementation and Tech Delivery within Financial Services
*Manage project planning, budget and tech/financial compliance
*Work closely with internal compliance, product and engineering teams
+Hands on, delivery focused project management
*Hybrid role, 2-3 days per week in Central London

The Person:
*Experience managing complex tech projects such as cloud and platform migrations
*Strong experience working in financial services, regulatory or Fintech sectors
*Skilled in both technical and commercial stakeholder management
*Live within commutable distance to Central London
